Provide accurate information.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted through the application is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
আবেদনপত্রে দেওয়া তথ্য আপনার জ্ঞান অনুযায়ী সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ হওয়া আপনার দায়িত্ব।
Application does not guarantee selection.
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection as an organizer. Final decisions will be made by the programme organizers according to the programme's needs and selection process.
Stay reachable.
Applicants may be contacted using the phone number, email address or other contact information provided in the application.
Photo may be used for identification.
The photograph submitted with the application may be used for organizer records, identification, ID-card preparation and legitimate programme-related documentation.
Programme-related sharing.
Where necessary for legitimate programme purposes, relevant applicant information may be shared with authorized programme partners or sponsors for communication, coordination, benefits or programme-related activities.
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী programme partner বা sponsor-এর সঙ্গে programme-related communication, coordination, সুবিধা বা কার্যক্রমের জন্য প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য শেয়ার করা হতে পারে।
Professional conduct is expected.
Selected organizers are expected to communicate respectfully, follow reasonable programme instructions and contribute responsibly to the team.
Programme details may change.
Programme schedules, activities, responsibilities and arrangements may be modified when reasonably necessary. Participants and organizers will be informed through official communication channels where appropriate.
Your submission means consent.
By checking the consent box and submitting the application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
